We run background checks on all staff members as well as drug screening.
The staff is current on their CPR & first Aid training, and they have been trained in understanding adults with a wide range of disabilities, client safety issues,
meal planning/preparation, transportation and escorting issues, maintaining a clean and safe home environment, infection control and emergency procedures.
They are trained to effectively assess the abilities and needs of the residents resulting in increased independence and quality of life for those served.
